Projection Is Your Own Deep Rooted Pain

Yvonne Kasko speaks about her experience with projection and identifying pain.

Thank you for being here. I appreciate you taking the time to read this and connect with the message behind it. I hope you love this blog as much as I loved the work that led me to this understanding. Every word comes from real experience and direct reflection—a journey of seeing truth through my own pain.

Projection is your own deep-rooted pain. Your animosity. The stuff you haven’t dealt with.

So what happens when you don’t deal with your pain? It comes up, literally knocking at your door, and yet you miss the grey areas.

It reveals itself through how you talk, think, and treat yourself and others. Every interaction becomes a mirror, reflecting exactly what needs your attention. The way you are toward others is always a reflection of yourself.

Recognize The Alarm Within

Sit back and remove yourself from the equation.

Identify the thought.

Identify the feeling.

Bring your full attention to what’s taking place inside you.

You have to remove yourself from any situation that brings anxiety, animosity, or frustration. These emotions are not random, they are alarms.

It’s an alarm.

It’s a signal.

It’s an alert.

It’s your gut speaking, but if you’re numb to it, it keeps knocking.

It’s alerting you that something is off. A red flag calling for your awareness. It knocks louder and louder with each repeated pattern.

Start becoming the observer
The Watcher
The Witness
Identify the one who knows the way

These are emotions. Your job is to observe the emotion

When these emotions rise, do you ignore them? Identify them immediately and stop the pattern. How many times in your life are you going to repeat the same loop of that reaction or life itself?

Recognize what’s no longer working.

Because every moment you become aware of the signal, you take your power back.

That direct reflection, the one you might try to deny or avoid, is the very thing you need to work on, so snap out of it and hop to it.

Because if you don’t work on it, you begin to judge. You judge the people who cared about you. You judge the ones who have done the inner work, who appreciate life, who have allowed themselves to let go of attachment to every microscopic velocity of life.

It’s not that these people have done something wrong.

They’ve simply witnessed something in their lives that they no longer wish to repeat. They’ve recognized a pattern that isn’t working, and instead of staying in it, they’ve chosen to create space for what does work and see themselves through new eyes.

This awareness isn’t judgment. Its growth.

It’s the moment you decide to stop living from old reactions and start attracting experiences that align with peace and truth. Freedom starts to arrive.

And instead of learning from their power of accomplishment and peace they now reside in, you project your pain onto them without understanding why you do it or even being unable to see yourself doing it because you're mentally foggy, meaning there's internal work you're rejecting instead of observing.

You, as the judger, choose to judge someone who has that same conscious power, and deep down, you’re jealous of them. Jealous because they’ve done what you haven’t yet allowed yourself to do. They faced their own pain and turned it into Freedom. Don't you want freedom?

So maybe it’s time to pause and look at your own stuff instead of always projecting,

Because what you judge in others is only a direct reflection of what still needs to be worked on within you.
