Reader, I know how fun life can be, and I also know how emotional manipulation can leave a mark.

Sometimes, the people you love the most are the ones who bruise you the deepest, not with their fists, but with their subtle digs and hidden jealousy.

Those marks

They are now your potential, rooted deep in the soil you’ve built, taking root for change.

What once broke you now blooms you to move differntly, transforming past pain into strength

It’s your power now, the power to no longer fall into traps, but to see them before they cut you.

They called you sensitive

felt like something was wrong with you. But let me tell you something: that sensitivity is your superpower.

That’s your gift. That’s how you see through fog that others are blind to.

That's how you were able to see them!

People who are fake friends

They are not always strangers.

They’re the ones closest to you. Friends. Family. People who sit at your table and still secretly hope you don’t make it.

Tell you you're not loyal when all you were was loyal to them.

Tell you how you're so selfish when you are focused on building a life you hoped to share with them.

So one day, you don't keep running on the hamster wheel.

These are the hardest ones to spot because

You trust them.

You love them.

You've let them in.

While they envy in the background

They manipulate you, sometimes right in front of your face. But because of how you were conditioned, you couldn't always see it. The fog, the programming, the old emotional ties, they blurred your vision.

But let me be clear: it wasn’t your fault. They were working overtime while smiling in your face. And still, you rise.

When you prevail

They’ll try to stand beside you,

as if they helped build it

But, they didn't

You were the one pushing through the barriers.

You sacrificed in the trenches of your transformation.

You were the one on the floor at midnight begging for change.

You were the change all along.

You are recalibrating your mind, claiming your peace, and cutting ties with the things that distort your light.

This season, trust your sensitivity

That’s not weakness,

It’s your knowing.

You’re not too much.

You were never too much.

You were just surrounded by people who were too little for the magnitude of your spirit.

You’re not losing them, you’re finally seeing them. And in the midst of it all, taking back your power!

You will never lose if you don't give up.
